2011 was a great class for music lovers as Bollywood delivered three beautiful albums in the same year – Rockstar, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Dum Maaro Dum. even nowadays, songs from these albums have been playing regularly, at unlike occasions. In our list, Rockstar’s album takes the phone number one position as it has the most number of songs – six. There are house parties in different parts of India ( or even globally ) where post some rounds of alcohol, person ends up playing at least one song from Rockstar. It is mandatary !
The list is incomplete without the experimental music composed by Sneha Khanwalkar in Gangs of Wasseypur 1 & 2. She ‘s credibly besides the only female composer in this list. Tracks like ‘Ik Bagal’ silent manages to sooth the soul, thanks to Piyush Mishra ‘s lyrical talent in this birdcall.
